Do you have to be friends with your co-workers

I feel that you need to get along with your co-workers at work. That doesn't mean that you have to be friends outside of work. There may be co-workers that are hard to get along with, which would probably not become one of your friends. I think that as long as you have a good business relationship with your co-workers is fine. I think it is better to just be co-workers because if you are friends with someone in a higher position you probably will feel that you don't need to listen to them because you guys are friends and may put you and the co-worker in an uncomfortable situation.

It is OK for employees to take thing from work for their personal use?

I think that it isn't OK for employees to take items from work to use at home for themselves. I think this is wrong because the company pays for the materials and if employees take them the company then loses money and has to replace the items you took, which costs money. I work in a company where this usually happens daily, I myself have even taken items home. Due to many people taking items home there is now a new policy. The new policy is that no one can take any tool bag outside of the facility and security is now checking everyone as they leave work. So I think this isn't OK because it may lead to stricter rules and won't benefit anyone of the two.

My future Career Interests

My future career interests are in business or something in criminal justice. I knew that I wanted to do something in business early on in high school probably around sophmore year. In sophmore year I got my first job at a cell phone store and probably about a couple months in I knew that I didn't want to work for someone my entire life and wanted to work for myself by possibly owning my own business. I also got an interest in doing criminal justice. If I would go into criminal justice I would preferably like to be a detective because I think that job wouldn't get boring because there would always be a mystery on solving the case and there will always be new cases.

My Writing Challenges

I have some writing challenges. One om my main writing challenges is trying to stay on track of what I am writing. I usually tend to go off track when I am writing and go off into another topic or write about something that isn't related to the topic of the essay. I feel like I usually tend to do this when I write. Another thing I tend to to is grammar errors and a lot of them I feel like I do this because in my opinion it looks good and sometime the software doesn't catch and I get the assignment back with a lot more errors than I expected with the grammar. I also have challenges with the flow of the essay and feel that sometimes the flow doesn't make sense.

Am I a Writer

Do I consider myself a writer. I myself think that my writing could improve a whole lot. I think that I write better when I am writing an essay about a topic that interests me. I feel that when I am writing an essay on a topic that I am not interested I really don't put in the effort as I would have if it were a completely different subject. So am I writer, I would say everyone is a writer who has written something before either for a class or something else. I am probably not a good writer but I do consider myself a writer.
