Do you have to be friends with your co-workers
I feel that you need to get along with your co-workers at work. That doesn't mean that you have to be friends outside of work. There may be co-workers that are hard to get along with, which would probably not become one of your friends. I think that as long as you have a good business relationship with your co-workers is fine. I think it is better to just be co-workers because if you are friends with someone in a higher position you probably will feel that you don't need to listen to them because you guys are friends and may put you and the co-worker in an uncomfortable situation.

I agree with you Gabino, because no matter what we got to make that money $$$. Personal issues should not interrupt the work station or the area of operation (A.O.), otherwise we cannot be friends.
ReplyDeleteI believe co-workers can be friends, just be responsible when it comes to work. Some co-worker maybe harder to get alone with so those are the ones to keep work related only.
